Observation: We present the case of an infant 2 months ago breastfed and atopic mother hospitalized for digestive troubles and refusal sucking. The examination revealed a weight stagnation. An elimination diet of cow's milk protein in the mother had a favorable outcome. The diagnosis adopted was thus that an allergy to cow's milk proteins.
Conclusion: Allergy to cow's milk proteins can be expressed in infants exclusively breast. The diagnosis remains difficult. The alternative diet is the diet of breast exclusion.
